Getting started
Not at all. AerQio is designed for travel agents, not developers. The setup wizard guides you through each step — adding your logo, inviting your team and configuring your suppliers — in under 30 minutes. No IT department needed.
Most agencies are fully operational within a day. Account creation takes 2 minutes. Configuration (logo, suppliers, payment methods) typically takes another 20–30 minutes. Importing existing bookings can take a bit longer depending on volume, but our import tools make it fast.
Yes — we offer a free trial period so you can explore the platform with real data before committing.
Yes. AerQio can import bookings from MIR files, PDF confirmations (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, ViewTrip and more) and Excel spreadsheets. Client lists can also be imported via CSV. Our parser extracts segments, passengers, PNRs, ticket numbers and fares automatically.
We currently support Amadeus (MIR, PDF, NDC), Galileo, Sabre, ViewTrip, CDV, VDT and Aeromon/Lleego PDFs. If you use a format that is not listed, contact us — we regularly add new parsers based on agency demand.
Absolutely. You can export your bookings, client list, invoices and financial reports to Excel at any time — in one click from the platform. Your data is always yours.
Yes. AerQio is month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. We won't charge you again after that.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. There are no migration steps — all your data stays intact.
Yes. AerQio is a multi-tenant platform where each agency's data is completely isolated at the database level. No agent, client or booking from one agency can ever be seen or accessed by another. This is enforced server-side on every request.
Yes. Each user can enable 2FA (TOTP — compatible with Google Authenticator, Authy and similar apps) from their profile settings. Admins can require it for specific roles.
There is no hard limit on users. You can invite as many team members as you need and assign each one a role: Administrator, Manager or Agent. Each user has their own login credentials and sees only what their role permits.
